Why Doesn't Downtown Vancouver Realtor Ian Watt Ever Answer His Phone ?

Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. And if you ever try to get a hold of me you know the only way to do it is by email sometimes I take text but I don't even have my phone number posted on my website it's for client use only and a lot of people scratched their head and say how can you do this? Well first of all we don't advertise on newspapers or any crap like that all we do is online. So in order for you to find out of any of our listings about me etc. etc. You have to have a computer and who has a computer that doesn't have email that just ridiculous. We won't spam here I don't believe in spam so your not gonna go on a list or anything on all spammy every month with an update or etc. etc. So don't worry about that if you want to get a hold of me. Email me of course I answer the phone if my clients are calling me, my active clients but if you need to get a hold of me the best way is to email me.
