People are always asking me when is the good time to sell my condo in Downtown Vancouver and I always tell people sell when there's nothing else on the market quite like yours. Right now in Downtown Vancouver what we have a drought in good studios in good buildings is zero to eight, ten years old under 325 there's not a lot out there. We're also having a difficult time finding things at Electric Avenue one bedrooms anything under $400,000 dollars in good building with parking one bedrooms in Downtown Vancouver is really hard to come by. So check out the market if your thinking of selling you have a studio or one bedroom right now you price it right it will go quickly.
