Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Last week we are talking about the A Class buildings in Yaletown and in Coal Harbour there’s seven buildings that make it to A Class list. Of course location their all on Cordova Street, demographic, quality of construction, quality of finished of course very important. But again Average Assessed Value is up there on the list. Shaw Tower and the Fairmont Pacific Rim everyone would think they are on the top of the list but they are at the bottom of the A Class list as far as asessed values are concerned and they average about $1.5 million dollars. If you want to go to the top of the list. Go to One Harbour Green they’re average is $4.5 million dollars. My name is Ian Watt if you have any questions about the A Class buildings in Coal Harbour you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
