Ian Watt video blogs about how some Vancouver condos sell too high and some sell too low and most sell in the middle but if you want to achieve the top dollar you need to make it look like a show suite. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Obviously pricing condos is a little easier than pricing houses. And there’s always one that sells way too high or way too low of that same floor plan that you own so keep that in mind probably the one that sold way too low just in a show out or either that or they had an out of town realtor trying to sell it. They didn’t know what was it worth. It happens maybe the one that sold way too high was an out of towns buyer’s realtor that didn’t know the local prices or it show really well. Now keep in mind if you’re trying to achieve the highest price possible or max the last sale make sure your place looks perfect. Make sure every lights switch works, make sure its painted, make sure the carpets are cleaned or the new floors in, make sure it looks spotless like a show suite. There’s no way you’re gonna get top dollar and less your place will looks incredibly good. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
