Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Obviously sales in 2012 are not quite what they were in 2011. We haven’t seen prices adjust so that much. However the amount of activity is down significantly compared to last year to date. Having said that sales are still happening and people are trying different gimmicks to get their places sold things like adding a bonus commission. Adding a bonus commission are great, adding another five thousand dollars for the first 30 days see if there’s any impact but if there’s no impact this is what you gotta do you gotta cancel the property, take off the bonus and bring it back out at the more accurate price for today’s market. It’s not necessarily to sell unless it looks like a good deal. Buyers are too smart there’s too much data and everybody knows things are having a more difficult time selling than years passed. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions you could always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
