Clean Up Your Vancouver Condo and Get Rid of It !!!

Ian Watt video blogs about how preparing your condo for the photos and the first showings is so important to your results. A good rule of thumb is if you dont NEED or haven't used whats in your closets, cupboards or in your condo in general in the past 6 months then get rid of it.  If you want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. A lot of people when we go to small spaces in Downtown Vancouver have a lot of crap. When were showing the place we want to make it look as big as possible we want to make sure that the coverts and the closets and the counters are free and clear of crap. Now please keep this in mind if you have not used it in 6o days get rid of it give it to a friend, if you have winter clothes and it’s summer time get rid of it give it to a friend. Whatever you do make sure you get off everything on your counters only put what you need in your closets and your coverts get rid of all those bulks, those casserole dishes, all those appliances you don’t need to use for the next three months when your place is on the market it will certainly help make your place feel bigger that it really is. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
